Shama is an entrepreneur, scientist, explorer, singer, multi-instrumentalist, composer, actor and storyteller.

As CEO and Founder at NeuroCreate Ltd – a startup at the junction of AI, Neuroscience and Design – Shama uses neurodesign to develop products, spaces and experiences for longevity and lifespan, optimising for healthy life and work, creativity and joy.

She is Artistic Director of Art-Science agency Jugular Productions (Joining the Head and Heart) authentically bringing together cutting-edge research and visceral lived experience.

Through her multi-disciplinary PhD, Shama explored the Neuroscience and Complex Systems of Creativity and Innovation frameworks. Applying this expertise fused with technology, she has founded NeuroCreate Ltd, a startup at the junction of AI, Neuroscience and Cognition.

Shama has worked with the team at Advantage Creative on the design of tools and resources that support entrepreneurial teams identify creative flow and create peak performance.
