Filomena’s career is dedicated to the empowerment and success of the creative community. With over two decades of experience, she has established herself as a trustworthy figure in the creative industries, particularly within the East Midlands.

Early in her career she dedicated her attention to workspace development and advocacy for creativity. This has not only fostered a nurturing environment for artists and innovators but has also contributed to the vibrancy of the creative economy. 

Her expertise as a qualified coach and member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists, life-long learner, creative and neurodiverse person has honed her love of learning and boundless curiosity through various publicly funded initiatives and in her own private practice.  

She has provided invaluable guidance to creatives, helping them navigate the unique challenges of their fields. Her insights have clearly resonated within the community, earning a well-deserved reputation and leading to opportunities to share her knowledge on larger platforms, such as research projects and panel discussions.
